The conference Overview of New Cancer Treatments 2023: Theory & Practice took place on May 26-27 at the Divani Caravel Hotel in Athens, featuring renowned Greek scientists. Plastic surgeon Aris Damagas presided over the roundtable titled “Melanoma – Skin Tumors,” where he moderated discussions on the latest therapeutic advancements in treating squamous cell carcinoma, adjuvant therapy for borderline resectable early-stage melanoma, ocular melanoma treatment, and dual immune checkpoint blockade in melanoma.

The conference was organized by the Oncology Forum in collaboration with the 4th Oncology Clinic of Metropolitan General under the auspices of the HEAL Academy, the medical training center of Metropolitan General.
