When to Proceed with a Plastic Surgery Procedure
Plastic surgery offers individuals the ability to renegotiate their relationship with their bodies and modify them according to their desires.
Thus, the body is in a dynamic state of redefinition and emerges as an active element of human existence.
It’s a fact that plastic surgeries provide liberation from physical determination and promote a better body image, which can change the way individuals think, feel, and act in all areas of their lives.
However, my experience in practicing plastic surgery is that confusing information and exaggerations are considered the “enemies” of anyone interested in cosmetic surgery.

First Visit
The first visit to the plastic surgeon is very important because proper information is the best means for making a free, unpressured, and correct choice. During the first visit, you will learn about the goals of the surgery, the methods and techniques to be used, the recovery process, and I will answer all your questions and queries.
Individual Uniqueness
Plastic surgery is one of the most effective interventions aimed at improving the quality of life. My goal is for access to its services and specialized knowledge to be the same for everyone.
I do not consider it a luxury anymore but a right for everyone to enjoy the help of plastic surgery in their personal quest to improve their body image. In this pursuit, I encourage individuals to replace the dominant beauty standards promoted by the media with their personal ideals of physical attractiveness.
This is because I believe that my role as a plastic surgeon is to shape individual uniqueness. This uniqueness is highlighted when each procedure is personalized and the modifications made suit the body type and face of each person.
For example, it is not a rule that if the same technique is followed, a nose will suit two different faces since the reshaping must be done based on the proportions of each face. Therefore, particularly regarding cosmetic procedures, violent or radical changes should be avoided to achieve as natural aesthetic results as possible that highlight the best self of individuals without promoting the homogenization of bodies.
Safety & Postoperative Care
The continuously evolving medical knowledge, the use of new technologies, as well as non-surgical applications, offer individuals countless possibilities for physical improvement. However, I believe that maintaining a youthful and attractive external appearance should be done with the greatest possible safety and with the minimization or absence of pain and mental distress for individuals.
Therefore, I ensure to adopt methods and techniques that have been tested over time and to use safe and approved materials. At the same time, I strive to build a trusting relationship with those undergoing plastic surgery and to help them cope with the negative feelings and anxiety that precede any surgery.
However, my work does not stop with performing a successful surgery but continues with postoperative monitoring and care, which is a process more critical and important to me. I consider postoperative communication my duty towards the individuals who trusted me and derive personal satisfaction from it when everything progresses smoothly and with the expected aesthetic results.
